Ginean Royal is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist with a unique blend of experience in both K–12 education and the private sector. She began her career in advertising before transitioning into education, where she discovered her passion for empowering others through coaching, training, and facilitation.

With a B.S. in Advertising and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction, Ginean has served as a secondary educator, district instructional coach, and national consultant with the National Math and Science Initiative (along with other companies)—impacting educators nationwide through targeted professional learning.

Now operating at the intersection of education and business, Ginean helps educators redefine their purpose and confidently transition into new career paths. Her mission is to develop individual capacity and equip every client with the tools they need to thrive in their next chapter.
